Zhigang HuProfile
Zhigang Hu is an Associate Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the Center of Hydrogen Science of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and now the Shanghai Leading Talent (Overseas) and Shanghai Pujiang Talent. He was the Research Associate of Trinity College of the University of Cambridge and Assistant Professor of Brunel University, UK.

Scientific Research AchievementsHe mainly works on green and scale-up synthesis of porous materials, carbon dioxide capture and conversion, hydrogen and ammonia energy science and technology. He has won the Second Prize of 2023 National "Yuanchuang Cup" Competition, First Prize of 2023 "Zhixing Cup" Shanghai College Student Social Practice Competition, and Outstanding Doctor Thesis of AIChE Singapore Local Section. He has published >62 papers in Chemical Society Reviews, Accounts Materials Research, AIChE Journal, etc., and 7 highly cited papers, with a total of more than 6400 citations. He has authored 3 book chapters of "Metal Organic Framework Materials Heterogeneous Catalysts for Biomass Conversion", "Hydrogen Storage Technology using Liquid Hydrogen-containing Compounds", and 《Advanced Mg-based energy storage materials and systems》. He has chaired over 10 projects, including the Ministry of Science and Technology (National Key R&D Program of China) and Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission projects. He serves as the Topical Editor of Adsorption, Associate Editor of Frontiers in Chemical Engineering, and Editorial Board Member of Membranes and Materials Today Sustainability.
